1. Who we are

BoostUp LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We sell digital educational courses and optional personal mentoring. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Digital products

• All videos, files, slides, text and other materials on the Site are owned by BoostUp LLC and protected by copyright.
• A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning.
• You may not copy, share, resell, publish or commercially use course content without our written permission.
• Access is delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

3. Prices and payments

• The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
• Prices may be shown in USD, ILS or another currency, as displayed on the Site.
• You authorize BoostUp LLC and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.
• A purchase confirmation is sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
• We may change prices or promotions at any time. Changes do not affect completed orders.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Mentoring and results

Course content and mentoring are educational only. BoostUp LLC does not guarantee specific business, income or personal results. Use of the Site and the courses is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, share login details, or use the content in any unlawful way.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostUp LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising out of use of the Site or the courses. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant purchase in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and takes effect when posted.
