14-day full refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including if you have already accessed or viewed the course. Viewing or accessing the course does not affect your eligibility under this policy.

Submitting a request

Email support@boostup.company with your order number, course name, purchase date and the email used at checkout. Explain whether access was received and describe the issue. You can also contact us at +1 (856) 544-2316.

Consumer rights

This voluntary refund policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law. After the 14-day request window, you may still be entitled to a remedy for non-delivery, faulty content or other issues under applicable consumer law. No purchase terms or acknowledgement of digital delivery removes your eligibility under this 14-day full refund policy. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery or access problems

If you did not receive the purchased content or cannot access it, include that information in your request so that the order and the available remedy can be reviewed.

Refund processing

We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, not to an unrelated card or bank account. Ask support for written confirmation of the decision and refund amount. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment method and the customer’s bank and may be longer than our processing time.

Never send full card details or a card security code to request a refund. If a payment dispute is already open, tell support so it can coordinate the available remedy without duplicate reimbursement.

Your rights

You may raise a complaint or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider under their applicable rules. You are not required to waive those rights to request help or a refund from BoostUp.
